Generally a slow spec that doesn't have many options for movement speed increase. Lacks utility in Mythic+

The rotation for   Breath of Sindragosa is entirely focused on extending the duration of the ability. This entails producing as much Runic Power as effectively as feasible.   Obliterate will be the main tool we use to do this. Our 1-Rune spells like  Remorseless Winter,  Death and Decay, and  Howling Blast (with procs of  Rime) with  Rage of the Frozen Champion however, are other sources of runic power. We don't want to just repeatedly use  Obliterate but we also want to make sure that we always generate 3 Runes. Wait for your   Breath of Sindragosa to tick your Runic Power down before using your   Obliterate if you are on the verge of reaching your Runic Power cap and you don't have enough runes at your disposal.
