New Affixes and What They Do

Afflicted

Afflicted – While in combat, Afflicted Souls appear that seek the aid of players. Afflicted Souls spawn with poison, curse, and disease afflictions. Removing any of these afflictions or restoring the spirit to full health causes it to despawn. Fail to remove their afflictions in time will inflict players with a negative status effect.
  • Cursed Spirit - Restoring the Afflicted Soul's health to full, or dispelling an ailment from it causes it to fade away.
  • Poisoned Spirit - Restoring the Afflicted Soul's health to full, or dispelling an ailment from it causes it to fade away.
  • Diseased Spirit - Restoring the Afflicted Soul's health to full, or dispelling an ailment from it causes it to fade away.
  • Afflicted Cry - The Afflicted Spirit lets out a cry of agony, reducing the Haste of all players by 100% for 10 sec.

It seems as if you'll have around 10 seconds to either remove one of the three above debuffs, or heal the spirit to full health. Failure to complete this within 10 seconds will reduce the haste of all players by 100% temporarily.

Entangling

Entangling - While in combat, entangling vines snare players.
  • Entangled - An entangling vine snares players, reducing their movement speed by 50%. After 8 sec the vine entangles players, stunning them for 3 sec.
Players can snap the vine by moving 10 yards away from the source.

This affix seems relatively straight forward, but still rather punishing. Players will be attached to a vine which is anchored to a certain point in the ground, slowing them by 50%. You'll be required to snap the vine by running 10 yards away from the anchor point, but failure to do so will stun you for 3 seconds. This can be very punishing, as a 50% slow can easily prevent you from getting out of some ground mechanics, and cause you to take a ton of excess damage.

Incorporeal

Incorporeal - While in combat, incorporeal beings appear and attempt to destabilize players with spells that reduce their damage and healing done. Incorporeal beings are susceptible to all forms of crowd control.
  •  Incorporeal - Damage taken reduced by 99%. Immune to area of effect attacks. Fades away upon expiration.
    20 second buff duration
  •  Destabilize - Damage and healing done reduced by 50%.
    8 second cast

This affix seems very familiar, with similar mechanics such as the Hypnosis Bat spawned by the Shrouded affix in Season 4 of Shadowlands, as well as from the mini boss in Court of Stars. The Incorporeal Being will start an 8 second cast that must be stopped, likely by any type of loss of control effect, and possibly by an interrupt, otherwise the targeted player will do 50% less damage and healing for the next 10 seconds. This should be relatively easy to handle, but may provide a bit of a nuisance in your pulls.
