How many raids are there in Arcadion?

Arcadion consists of three chapters with a total of 12 complete raids. Upon Dawntrail's release, four encounters will be available as the raid tiers are sectioned into four encounters per tier. Arcadion is the first tier of Dawntrail.

How does FFXIV's Savage Loot function?

Savage loot operates differently from typical raid drops. Each boss drops coffers that you can use on the desired job to get specific gear. There are also miscellaneous items for upgrading your tomestone gear to the Savage raid equivalent item level, which is often Best in Slot (BiS). Even if you're unlucky with drops, you can use tokens to purchase additional gear to level up your average gear score.
