Agility is our primary stat. It directly increases attack power, which is the base scaling factor of all of our damaging abilities.

In addition to that, we have the following secondary stats that, directly or indirectly, increase damage:

  • Agility > Versatility = Critical Strike > Mastery > Haste
  • Critical Strike: Chance to deal double damage with your attacks.
  • Haste: Increases attack speed and energy regeneration.
  • Mastery: Increases the damage of your  Main Gauche off hand attack that can proc from main hand attacks.
  • Versatility: Increases all damage done and reduces damage taken.

You'll want to use  Resplendent Illimited Diamond as your primalist gem. Other gem slots should be a combination of gems such as  Deadly Alexstraszite,  Stormy Malygite,  Radiant Alexstraszite and  Radiant Malygite

Outlaw Rogue Opener

  1. Make sure you have  Instant Poison applied.
  2. Enter  Stealth
  6. Proceed with normal rotation

Outlaw Rogue Single Target Rotation and Priority

  1.  Adrenaline Rush on cooldown.
  2.  Roll the Bones if you have no combat enhancements active.
  3.  Between the Eyes on cooldown if at max, or -1 from maximum combo points.
  4.  Slice and Dice if at max, or -1 from maximum combo points and has has 12 or less seconds remaining.
  5.  Dispatch if at max, or -1 from maximum combo points.
  6.  Cold Blood on cooldown.
  7.  Shadow Dance at or below 3 combo points, and do not have  Audacity or  Opportunity active and wait until you have at least 80 energy. While active  Ambush becomes your highest priority builder.
  8.  Blade Rush if missing 50 or more energy and do not have  Flagellation,  Dreadblades or  Shadow Dance active.
  9.  Vanish followed by  Ambush if at 5 or less combo points and wait until you have at least 50 energy.
  10.  Pistol Shot if you have an  Opportunity at 5 or less combo points.
  11.  Sinister Strike at 5 or less combo points.

Outlaw Rogue Multi Target Rotation and Priority
